Thanks for your interest in being a Community Partner at Art Jam 2025!  

What does a Community Partner do at Art Jam?  Why, ART, of course!  Community Partners set up an art activity to do with the public at the event.  It's a great way to interact with the community and get them familiar with your organization in a face to face way.  Art Jam 2025 is on Saturday, May 17th from 12 - 4 PM.

Is there a fee to participate?  No, there is not.  But, space is limited and Community Partners must be prepared to man their activity site for the entire event, including set up & clean up of your site.  

We encourage you to be creative and really get into whatever activity you choose! Need help?  WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS!  We will also be making sure that we don't have too many repeat activities, so get on our list and don't wait until May to send us your activity idea, lol.

Also, Art Jam has been getting bigger each year.  2025 will be year five.  In pasy years, we welcomed about 1000 people to the event and we expect this year to be even bigger! So, if your organization needs help with supplies, we can probably help!

Can my organization just come to Art Jam and give out information? 

Unfortunately, no.  This event is just about ART.  We do encourage you to bring a sign advertising your organization to put up at your site.  And it's a great idea for your volunteers/staff to wear branded gear to the event.  And if you have the budget for an art related take home goodie, that's ok, too.  We are also OK with business cards so people can remember who you are and know how to get in touch with you.    ​
